I gladly accept returns and exchanges on condition that it was damaged during shipping. But you must contact me within: 7 days of delivery. Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom orders, intimate items, or sale items. If there is a defect or the item is damage during the shipping, then I will make a decision on each case.
If you would like an item made in a different size or style, please feel free to send me a message, just be sure and include any pertinent dimensions and information.
Custom orders are made to order, so please allow time and delivery for your order to be complete. I will supply you with a timeline once we discuss your specific project.

Yes! We love these kinds of orders. If you are ordering as item as a gift, you can note it in the checkout order notes and will ship the item without any receipts and a gift tag with your name on it.
